font-weight: bold;font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:100%;"  &gt;- Se pone el     gallo a macerar con el vino tinto y todas las verduras cortadas en     juliana, se mantiene en un lugar fresco durante 4 día.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;- Terminada la     maceración se separa el gallo de las verduras y el vino.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;- Se vierte un     poco de aceite de girasol en una sartén y se dora el galio troceado.    &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;- Aparte, en una cazuela, se rehogan las verduras hasta que     adquieren cierta coloración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;- Una vez los trozos de gallo estén bien dorados se introducen en la cazuela con la guarnición y se le incorporan 150 gr. de harina. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;- Se pone a hervir el vino y se eliminan las impurezas del mismo,     luego se vierte en la cazuela, junto con un poco de agua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;- Se salpimienta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;- Mientras dura la cocción del gallo se prepara una guarnición con 300 gr. de cebollitas, 300 gr. de champiñones y 300 gr. de bacón, sin corteza y cortado a trocitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;- Se dora todo     colocando en primer lugar el bacón, después las cebollitas y luego     los champiñones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;- Cuando el gallo esté cocido se separa de la salsa que se pasa por     un tamiz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;- Después se     lleva a ebullición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;
